摘  要:基于开放式数控系统对CGM6125机床进行数控化改造,机械结构方面,改变了机床各坐标轴原有的传动方式,设计了新的传动方案;控制方面,确定了"运动控制器+PC"型控制方案,由工业PC机进行控制,通过运动控制器将插补及运动指令分别发送给伺服驱动器,伺服驱动器根据反馈及指令实时控制电机的运转速度和角位移,从而控制机床各轴的运动轨迹;开放式数控系统的人机交互方面,建立了开放式数控系统的软、硬件结构,通过对运动控制器的接口函数进行编程,在Delphi平台上开发了开放式数控系统应用程序,实现了机床各种数控功能。Numerical control transformation for CGM6125 machine tool was made based on open CNC system. In mechanical structure,the original transmission mode of each axis was changed,the new transmission scheme was designed. In control system,the designed scheme was 'motion controller + PC',the control function was accomplished by industrial PC,the motion signal was sent to driver by motion controller,the driver controlled the speed and movement of the motor according to the feedback,so the movement of each axis was controlled. In human-machine interaction,the soft and hardware structure were established,through the programming on the interface functions,the application program of open CNC system was built based on Delphi platform. The CNC functions of machine tool were realized.
