摘  要:为了使因各种杂质堵塞而产量下降甚至停产的油井恢复产油,设计了新型井下振动装置,通过井下振动装置产生的振动作用于油层,提高原油采收率。基于磁阻最小化理论,对井下振动装置直线驱动器进行了结构设计。通过仿真软件对各式结构进行磁场分析,并在此基础上对结构和通电线圈做了设计与分析,使设计的结构漏磁小、轴向和径向上磁感应强度均匀、电磁驱动力波动小,效率高。最后在设计的结构基础上,建立了井下振动装置动力学模型,并推导出了其电磁驱动力和输出位移的计算公式。当驱动电流正弦变化时,电磁驱动力和直线驱动器的输出也是正弦变化,且其频率相同。To reproduce the wells which have declined production or even have been shut down due to various impurities clogging,a new type of downhole vibration device has been designed to improve oil recovery through the vibration effects on the reservoir. The structure of new linear actuator of downhole vibration device has been designed based on the reluctance minimization theory. The magnetic fields of all kinds of structures have been analyzed by simulation software,based on which the structure and the energized coil is designed and analyzed to attain a structure with small magnetic flux leakage,uniform magnetic strength along axial and radial direction,small electromagnetic drive force fluctuations and high efficiency. A dynamic model of downhole vibration device is designed based on the designed structure. The calculation formulas of electromagnetic driving force and output displacement have been deduced. When the drive current is sinusoidal,the electromagnetic driving force and the linear actuator output is also sinusoidal and with the same frequency.
