摘 要:以某微后坐力转膛自动炮为研究对象,在分析其结构特点及工作原理的基础上,考虑喷管推力、机构之间的运动阻力及碰撞等因素,应用动力学仿真软件Recur Dyn建立了该自动炮的虚拟样机模型,并对其2个射击循环进行了动力学仿真,获得了自动炮后坐与复进过程中的机构运动特征数据,仿真计算结果与试验测试结果较为吻合,验证了所建虚拟样机的正确性和有效性,在此基础上,研究了转膛体转动惯量对滑板运动的影响规律,结果表明转膛体转动惯量的变化对滑板运动特性影响较小。仿真模型与结果可对该炮参数优化及结构改进提供理论参考依据。With the recoil force revolver-type automatic gun as the study object,based on an analysis is made of the structural characteristics and working principle,considered are the force by jet gas and mechanism friction and impact when the dynamics model of this gun was established based on dynamic simulation software( Recur Dyn). The model was then used to simulate two firing cycles of the gun with the movement curves and dynamic characteristics data of automatic gun in recoil and counter-recoil course obtained with simulating computation. The compatibility of the simulation and experimental results verifies the correctness and feasibility of this model. Based on this,study is made of the influential patterns of the model,which changes with different revolver moment of inertia. The simulation results show that the change of the revolver moment of inertia does not exert an obvious effect on the slider dynamic characteristics. The model can provide a theoretical foundation for further parametrical and structural optimization of this gun.
