摘 要:目的探讨磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3基因(GSK-3)、β黏连蛋白(β-catenin)、糖原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK-3β)蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测GSK-3、β-catenin、GSK-3β蛋白在40例前列腺腺癌石蜡包埋组织块(高危组17例,低危组23例)和30例前列腺增生组织(石蜡包埋组织块)中的表达情况并进行比较。结果 GSK-3、β-catenin、GSK-3β在前列腺癌组织中表达阳性率分别为82.5%(33/40)、90.0%(36/40)、17.5%(7/40),在前列腺增生组织中表达阳性率分别为13.3%(4/30),23.3%(7/30)、43.3%(13/30),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低危组和高危组GSK-3及β-catenin表达组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),GSK-3β表达在低危组和高危组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GSK-3、β-catenin在前列腺癌组织中呈高表达,GSK-3β呈较低表达,3种蛋白对前列腺癌的发生、发展可能具有一定促进作用。Objective To explore the expression and significance of Glypican-3( GPC-3),β-catenin,GSK-3β in prostate cancer tissues. Methods The envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein of GPC-3,β-catenin and GSK-3β,and the expression and significance of GPC-3,β-catenin,GSK-3β in 40 cases of prostate cancer( high risk group of 17 cases,lowrisk group of 23 cases) and 30 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results Positive expression rates of GPC-3,β-catenin and GSK-3β in prostate cancer tissues were 82. 5%( 33 /40),90. 0%( 36 /40),17. 5%( 7 /40),GPC-3,β-catenin and the positive rates of GSK-3β in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues were 13. 3%( 4 /30),23. 3%( 7 /30),43. 3%( 13 /30),there was statistical significance between the two groups( P〉0. 05). As for GPC-3 and β-catenin expression,there was no statistical significance between the two groups( P〈0. 05); but as for GSK-3β,there was statistical significance between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion GPC-3,β-catenin have high expression in prostate cancer tissues,but in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues have low expression,and these three kinds of proteins may have a promoting role in the occurrence process and development of prostate cancer.
