摘 要:目的探究卵巢癌新辅助治疗对lncRNA差异表达的影响。方法采用定量实时聚合酶链反应分析lncRNA PVT1在卵巢癌和相邻非肿瘤组织中的表达水平。Kaplan-Meier生存分析PVT1表达与患者生存率的相关性。单因素和多因素Cox回归分析PVT1表达的预后意义。结果相比邻近非肿瘤组织,PVT1在卵巢癌组织中的表达显著增强。PVT1表达与临床分期和N分级(P<0.05)有关。高PVT1表达水平患者总生存时间较短。单因素和多因素Cox回归分析表明,PVT1可能是总体生存率较低患者的独立预后因素(P<0.05)。结论 lncRNA PVT1在卵巢癌组织中的表达与肿瘤进展相关,PVT1可作为一个潜在的分子生物标记物,用于预测卵巢癌患者的预后。Objective To explore the effect of adjuvant chemotherapy on lncRNA difference of expression in ovarian cancer patients. Methods Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction analysis was used to detect the lncRNA PVT1 expression levels in non-tumor tissues and adjacent ovarian cancer. Correlation of PVT1 expression and survival of patients was detected by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. Prognostic significance of PVT1 expression was analyzed by univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis. Results Compared with the adjacent non-tumor tissues, PVT1 expression significantly increased in ovarian cancer tissues. PVT1 expression and clinical stage and N-grade (P 〈 0.05) were related. Overall survival in patients with high expression levels of PVT1 was short. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that PVT1 may be an independent prognostic factor for patients with poor overall survival( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion lncRNA PVT1 in ovarian cancer tissues is asso- ciated with tumor progression, and PVT1 can be a potential molecular biomarker for predicting the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer.
