高强度聚焦超声联合化疗对女性宫颈癌的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究高强度聚焦超声联合化疗对女性宫颈癌的疗效和安全性。方法选择女性宫颈癌患者68例,并将其随机平均分为对照组34例和实验组34例。对照组患者采用PF方案化疗,实验组患者采用PF方案化疗联合高强度聚焦超声治疗,比较两组患者的疗效和安全性。治疗后对患者随访12个月,分析12个月生存率。结果与对照组比较,实验组治疗后完全缓解患者比例较高(P<0.05),且病情进展患者(PD)比例较低(P<0.05),临床治疗效果优于单纯化疗。与对照组比较,实验组发生疼痛(P<0.05)和下肢麻木(P<0.05)的比例较高,其它不良反应事件发生率两组比较差异不显著。两组比较,实验组患者治疗后12个月生存率较高。结论高强度聚焦超声可以显著增强化疗对女性宫颈癌的疗效,提高患者治疗后12个月生存率,值得临床进一步研究应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused uhrasound and chemotherapy for female patients with cervical cancer. Methods 68 female patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into the control group with 34 cases and the experimental group with 34 cases. The control group received PF chemotherapy treatment and the experimental group was given combination of high intensity focused ultrasound and PF chemotherapy treatment. Efficacy and safety between the 2 groups were compared. All the patients were given 12 months follow up after treatment to analyze the patients ＇ survival rate. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group had higher proportion of CR（ P 〈 0.05 ） and lower proportion of PD（ P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment. The efficacy of combination of high intensity focused ultrasound and chemotherapy was superior to single chemotherapy treatment. Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group had higher incidence of pain and numbness of lower limb （P 〈 0.05 ） , but there was no significant difference in other adverse events. Patients in the experimental group had a higher 12-month survival rate. Conclusion The high intensity focused ultrasound can strengthen the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy on cervical cancer. It can increase 12-month survival rate, and it is worthy of further research and application.
