摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌手术淋巴结的清扫数目与术后胸腔引流量的相关性。方法 120例非小细胞肺癌患者依据淋巴结总清扫数目、淋巴结清扫方式和淋巴结清扫位置,将患者分为不同的组,术后6 h内每隔2 h测量并记录胸腔引流量,分析并探讨NSCLC手术淋巴结清扫数目与术后胸腔引流量的相关性。结果 1)淋巴结总清扫数目与胸腔引流量体积呈正相关,淋巴结清扫数目越多,术后胸腔引流量体积越大;2)非小细胞肺癌患者更适合采用SML的方法清扫淋巴结,尤其是淋巴结清扫数目15个以上的患者,淋巴结清扫方式和清扫数目与术后胸腔引流量呈正相关;3)淋巴结清扫数目超过15个的NSCLC的患者经常接受系统性左右纵隔淋巴结清扫和肺门淋巴结清扫,淋巴结清扫数目与术后胸腔引流量呈正相关。结论非小细胞肺癌手术淋巴结的清扫数目与术后胸腔引流量呈正相关,淋巴结的清扫数目越多,胸腔引流量越大。Objective To investigate the correlation of the number of dissected lymph nodes in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）and pleural effusion volume after pulmonary resection. Methods 120 NSCLC patients were divided into different groups according to the number of dissected lymph nodes, the ways of dissecting the lymph nodes and the exact places of the dissected lymph nodes. The volume of the pleural effusion every 2 hours in the 6 hours after the pulmonary resection were measured, and the correlation of the number of dissected lymph nodes and the pleural effusion volume after pulmonary resection were analyzed. Results 1 ） The total number of the dissected lymph nodes was positively correlated with the volume of the pleural effusion ;2）dissect the lymph nodes by SML for NSCLC patients with more than 15 dissected lymph nodes, and the number was positive with the pleural effusion;3）The NSCLC patients with more than 15 dissected lymph nodes frequently received dissection of the lymph nodes by systematic mediastinal lymphadenectomy and bronchial lymph nodes dissection, and the number of the dissected lymph nodes was positively correlated with the volume of the pleural effusion. Conclusion The volume of the pleural effusion is positively correlated with the number of dissected lymph nodes after the pulmonary resection of NSCLC.
