基于用户感知价值的高校图书馆科学数据服务的影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：从高校图书馆科学数据服务的角度出发,以科学数据服务影响用户感知评价的多种因素为因子,采用结构方程模型方法研究了各影响因素之间的关系。研究发现:数据获取与提供服务、导航与检索服务及分析与再加工服务对用户感知价值有直接的显著影响,同时各种影响因素之间也存在着相互影响关系。Starting from the angle of scientific data service of university library, this paper takes influencing factors of scientific data service for users perceived evaluation as the factor, and researches on the relationship between influencing factors by using structural equation model. The research finds that data acquisition and service providing, navigation and retrieval service, analysis and processing service have a direct impact on user perceived value, and the influencing factors have interrelationship as well.
