摘　　要：少数民族文化是少数民族生产生活的重要组成部分,通过对民族文化资源开发利用推进民族村寨建设取得一定成绩,但由于民族文化资源开发补偿创新机制不足、参与主体权责不清导致社区少数民族群众文化利益落空,从而出现参与积极性较低、难以支撑特色村寨的持续发展及实现民族文化保护传承等问题。研究表明,在民族文化资源开发补偿参与主体关系中,社区居民处于弱势地位,有效解决这一问题的关键在于明确政府、开发商、村委会、社区村民以及其他社会团体等参与者各自的权责。Minority culture is an important part of the production and life of the minority, through the utilization of the development of ethnic cultural resources to promote certain achievements have been made in the construction of ethnic villages, but due to the lack of national culture resource development compensation mechanism innovation, participation subject right and responsibility is not clear lead to lose the community masses of ethnic minority cultural interests, which appeared active participation is low, it is difficult to support the sustainable development of the village features and implementation of national cultural heritage protection and other issues. The research shows that, in the main relationship of national cultural resource development compensation, community residents are in a weak position, and the key to solve this problem is to define the responsibilities of the government, the developer, the village committee, the villagers and other social organizations.
