产业结构调整与地方院校专业结构优化分析——兼论黑龙江省技术创新型人才的培养

摘　　要：为适应黑龙江产业结构的深刻变革,急需从理论上分析地方院校专业结构优化问题,为解决学生就业压力不断加大和地方产业结构调整人才供给不足的矛盾提供良好的思路和方法。文章采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,通过分析黑龙江地方产业结构对人才需求和地方院校的专业设置,得出地方院校专业设置围绕黑龙江省产业的变革发展,进行优化调整,通过设立新专业,优化老专业,淘汰不符合社会需求的专业,改革人才培养方案,优化课程设置等措施,可以有效解决学生就业压力和地方产业结构调整人才供给不足之间的矛盾。In order to adapt to the profound changes in the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province, it is urgent to analyze the structural optimization problems from local colleges and universities, in order to provide a good way of thinking and method to solve the problems of the students＇ employment pressure and the local industrial structure adjustment. This paper uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Through the analysis of the Heilongjiang local industrial structure of human needs and local colleges and universities to set up the professional settings around Heilongjiang Province, the reform and development of industries will optimize the adjustment. The establishment of new professional can optimize the old professional, eliminate social needs of the professional, reform personnel training program, optimize the curriculum and other measures, which can effectively solve the problem of employment pressure and local industrial structure adjustment.
