地方高校协同创新工作路径探析及政策建议

摘　　要：新形势下协同创新已经成为强化高校人才、学科、科研三位一体创新能力和推动创新型国家建设的重要方式。而目前地方高校中存在着认识不到位、领军人物不足、协同机制亟待完善、利益共同体尚未形成等问题,应通过强化主体责任,推进体制机制创新,突出重大任务牵引,形成有效创新模式,加强创新团队建设等方面着力推进。政府作为主导者,应该通过强化政策指导,规范资金管理,力促协同创新效力的发挥。Under the new situation, collaborative innovation has become an important mean to intensifying the innovation in talents, subjects and researches as well as to promoting the construction of China. At present, there exist some problems in local universities or colleges such as improper understanding of university, lack of elites, etc. Therefore, we should intensify the main responsibility, innovate the system or mechanism, form effective creative model and improve the innovative teamwork. As an initiator, the government should employ certain policies or funds to make full use of the collaborative innovation.
