摘 要:为研究微生态制剂PM发酵粉对奶牛生产性能和血清抗氧化水平的影响,在新疆伊犁中州牛场将60头荷斯坦泌乳牛随机分成对照组和试验组,试验组在对照组日粮基础上每天饲喂PM发酵粉12 g。预饲期为10 d,正试期为90 d,每3 d测定日采食量,每5 d测定日产奶量,每30 d静脉采血测定血清生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲喂PM发酵粉可以提高泌乳牛产奶量、采食量,提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力,降低血清中丙二醛含量。说明饲喂PM发酵粉可促进饲料中营养物质的吸收,提高机体抗氧化能力,保障奶牛健康。To study the effect of PM baking powder as microecological agent on productive performance and serum antioxidant leqels in Xinjiang Holstein cows, forty Holstein lactating cows selected from Zhongzhou dairy farm in Xinjiang, were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The experimental group was fed 12 g of PM baking powder based on the diets of the control group daily. The test was divid- ed into the pre - trial period of 10 d and the trial period of 90 d. The daily feed intake and daily milk field were determined every 3 d and every 5 d, respectively. The venous blood samples were collected from vein to determine biochemical indexes every 30 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, feeding PM baking powder could increase the milk yield and feed intake of lactating cows, and improve super- oxide dismutase activity in serum and decrease malondialdehyde content in serum. The results indicate that feeding PM baking powder can pro- mote the absorption of nutrients in feed, and improve the body' s antioxidant ability and ensure the health of dairy cows.
