德宏高峰牛血清中6种酶活性及2种激素含量的测定

摘　　要：为了研究去势对正常德宏高峰牛产生的影响,试验采用全自动生化分析仪测定了雄性德宏高峰牛及阉牛血清6种酶活性,采用化学发光法测定了2种激素含量。结果表明:雄性德宏高峰牛血清中谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)活性极显著高于阉牛(P<0.01);雄性德宏高峰牛血清中谷草转氨酶(Aspartate transaminase,AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-Glutamyl transferase,γ-GT)、乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶(Creatine kinase,CK)活性均高于阉牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05);而雄性德宏高峰牛血清中淀粉酶(Amylase,AMY)活性低于阉牛,也差异不显著(P>0.05)。雄性德宏高峰牛血清中睾酮(Testosterone,T)含量显著高于阉牛(P<0.05);促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)含量略低于阉牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。To study the effect of castration on normal Dehong peak cattle,the activity of six enzymes in the serum of male Dehong peak cattle and bullock were determined by full- automatic biochemical analyzer in the test. The contents of two hormones were also determined using a method of chemiluminescence. The results showed that the activity of alanine aminotransferase( ALT) in serum of the male cattle was highly significantly higher( P < 0. 01) than that of bullock. The activity of aspartate transaminase( AST),γ- glutamyl transferase( γ- GT),lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),creatine kinase( CK) and amylase( AMY) in serum of the male cattle was higher than that of bullock,but there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05) between the male cattle and bullock. However,the AMY activity in serum of the male cattle was lower than that of bullock,and there is no significant difference( P > 0. 05) between the male cattle and bullock. The content of testosterone( T) in serum of the male cattle was significantly higher( P < 0. 05) than that of bullock,but the content of luteinizing hormone( LH) in serum of the male cattle was slightly lower than that of bullock,and there is no significant difference( P > 0. 05)between the male cattle and bullock.
