摘　　要：大学生是网购的主力军,高校快递数量逐年增多,但是快递包装却没有能够被有效地回收利用,被当做垃圾丢弃,或一般废弃物卖给收废品的,造成资源浪费。很多高校都忽视了对快递包装废弃物的回收,没有意识到其潜在的商业价值和对校园环境的影响,也没有建立规范的快递包装回收的机构。因此,建立一个完善的快递包装回收的运作体系,并且对快递包装的材料、回收运作模式等进行改革势在必行。College students are the main force of online shopping, the number of express is increasing year by year, but express package was not be effectively recycled, which is treated as rubbish or the general waste sold waste collection. That is a waste of resources.Many colleges and universities have neglected to recycle express packaging waste, and they are not aware of its potential commercial value and impact on the campus environmen. The standardized agencies for express package recycling are not established. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a perfect operation system for the recovery of the express package, and to carry out the reform of the material and recycling operation mode.
