摘  要:项目以黑龙江科技大学采矿工程专业12级为主体,进行分析研究,针对采矿工程专业应用型人才培养过程中人才定位培养模式、课程体系、实践教学、毕业设计环节存在的问题,为充分利用"校-企"、"校-校"教育资源,分别创建了"社会需求+校企协同"人才定位与意识形态培养模式、"就业导向+平台模块"课程体系与运行模式、"虚拟仿真+轮岗挂职"实践教学模式、"专业交互+协同创新"毕业设计管理与指导模式,解决了采矿工程专业应用型人才培养实施过程中人才需求定位与意识培养、课程体系动态优化、实践能力与协同创新意识培养环节所遇到的难题,为应用型人才培养探索出了一个有效实施途径。通过四年的实践与探索,学生的专业认知感、实践能力与创新意识得到明显提高。This study is based on the 2012 year class of Mining Engineering Specialty in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology. In view of the problems in talent orientation training mode, curriculum system, practice teaching and graduation design in the training of applied talents of mining engineering, and taking advantage of university-enterprise and university-university education resources, the "Social demand + university-enterprise collaboration" talent orientation and ideological cultivation mode, "employment guidance platform + module" curriculum system and operation mode, "virtual simulation + rotational stints" practice teaching mode, "professional interaction + collaborative innovation" graduation design management and guidance mode are established. The problems in talent demand orientation and consciousness training, curriculum system, dynamic optimization, practical ability and cooperative innovative consciousness training in the implementation process of mining engineering talent training are solved, and an effective path for mining engineering talent training is worked out. After 4 years' practice and exploration, the professional cognition, practice ability and innovation consciousness of students have been improved significantly.
