摘　　要：创新型人才是我国目前发展亟需的力量。在高校实验室改革过程中建立开放实验室是必然趋势,根据本校电工电子实验中心现状,文章阐述建立开放实验室培养创新型人才的过程与步骤,经过一年多的应用,取得一定成绩,应用效果明显,前景广泛。The innovative talents in China is currently developing much-needed power. The establishment of open laboratory in the university laboratory reform is an inevitable trend. According to the present situation of the university of electrical and electronic experiment center, it Describes the process and steps of establishing open laboratory to cultivate innovative talents.
