中山北部留守儿童近视发病率流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：目的：调查中山北部留守儿童近视流行病学特征,分析危险因素,为留守儿童近视防治提供依据。方法：2013年4月-2015年3月,以中山北部数个行政村内的20所幼儿园、小学内留守儿童为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查、近视筛查。结果：回收有效问卷500份,近视发生率47.2%（236/500）,近视自知率70.76%（167/236）,配镜率32.20%（76/236）;有手机、家长未特意纠正过近视相关不良行为、家长有近视眼、7-12岁、营养不良、不喜欢课外活动、入学〈7岁成为独立危险因素（P〈0.05）。结论：中山北部留守儿童近视发病率较高,但自知率、矫正率低,发病影响因素较多,与遗传、环境、个人行为等有关;需做好不良行为纠正指导,限制手机使用,鼓励课间户外运动。Objective：To survey the epidemiological characteristics of myopia in left behind children of Zhongshan North and to analyze its risk factors in order to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of myopia in left behind children.Method：From April 2013 to March 2015,the left behind children of 20 kindergartens and primary schools in several administrative villages of Zhongshan North were selected as the research objects.They were given a questionnaire survey and myopia screening.Result：500 copies of effective questionnaires were recycled.The incidence rate of myopia was 47.2%（236/500）,the self-knowing rate of myopia was 70.76%（167/236） and the optician rate was 32.20%（76/236）.Having mobile phone,parents did not specifically correct the bad behavior related to myopia,parents had myopia,7-12 years old,malnutrition,did＇t like after class activities,starting school at the age of younger than 7 years old became the independent risk factors（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The incidence rate of myopia in left behind children in Zhongshan North is high,but the selfknowing rate and corrective rate are low.The influence factors of the disease are more,it is related to inheritance,environment,personal behavior and other factors.Correct guidance for bad behaviour shall be taken,the use of mobile phone shall be limited and the outdoor exercise between lessons shall be encouraged.
