摘  要:目的:探讨脑电仿生电治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的疗效。方法:对在本院治疗的50例小儿痉挛型脑瘫患者进行分组治疗,其中26例患儿作为对照组采用运动疗法治疗,24例患儿为观察组采用运动治疗的同时结合脑电仿生电治疗,于治疗前及治疗后3、6个月,对两组患儿进行Wee FIM,GMFM,FMFM评分,比较组间差异。结果:治疗后3、6个月两组的Wee FIM,GMFM评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3、6个月,观察组Wee FIM,GMFM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月两组FMFM评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用脑电仿生电治疗结合传统运动疗法治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫具有较好的治疗效果。Objective: To investigate the effect of brain electrical bionic electric treatment for children with spastic cerebral palsy.Method: 50 cases of spastic cerebral palsy were treated in our hospital.26 cases were treated with exercise therapy, 24 cases were treated with exercise therapy combined with brain electrical bionic electric treatment, 3 and 6 months after treatment WeeFIM, GMFMY, FMFM score were compared between the two groups.Result: Compared with before treatment, 3 and 6 months after treatment, WeeFIM, GMFMY score of two groups were significantly different ( P〈0.05 ), WeeFIM, GMFMY score of the observation group were higher than the control group ( P〈0.05 ), and 6 months after treatment, the FMFM score of two groups had significantly different ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The effect of exercise therapy combined with brain electrical bionic electric treatment for children with spastic cerebral palsy is good.
