摘　　要：高校辅导员涵养丰富的精神生活,找到职业、事业与人生的契合点是提升高校辅导员影响力的前提;在角色、话语、思维的适应超越进程中不断推动学生的成长和发展是提升高校辅导员影响力的关键;方式方法具体、生动、丰富,精细、精致、精准是高校辅导员影响力提升的着力点;提升大学生的自教自律素养,正确地认识世界、认识国家、认识他人和自己,是高校辅导员影响力提升的落脚点。To increasing their influence on students, college advisors must first of all have an enriched spiritual life and a cohering interest in profession, career and life. While working hard to achieve adap- tation and transcendence in terms of role, utterance and way of thinking, advisors should keep pushing students on the path of growth. This is the key to increasing their influence. They should make it a point to work in a concrete, lively and delicate way and be resourceful, meticulous and pre- cise at the same time. Finally, advisors need to help students so they can not only teach and discipline themselves better but also see the world, the country, other people and themselves in the right per-spective.
