CO_2激光结合复方甘草酸苷治疗口腔扁平苔藓近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨CO_2激光结合复方甘草酸苷治疗口腔扁平苔藓的近期疗效。方法:60例口腔扁平苔藓患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组30例给予CO_2激光和口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗,对照组30例给予口服地塞米松治疗。2周复诊,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CO_2激光结合复方甘草酸苷治疗口腔扁平苔藓有效可行。Objective： To preliminary discuss the short-term efficacy of CO2 laser combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of oral lichen planus （ OLP ） .Method： 60 OLP patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were given CO2 laser and Compound Glycyrrhizin, 30 cases in the control group were given Dexamethasone.The clinical effect was evaluated and compared after two weeks. Result： The difference in the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： The combined treatment of CO2 laser and Compound Glycyrrhizin for OLP is effective and feasible.
