摘　　要：多巴胺受体激动剂(DAs)主要用于帕金森病的治疗,对其运动及非运动症状有一定的缓解作用。随着对药物特性和结构的不断研究,DAs在帕金森病和其他神经-精神类疾病的应用得到重视。本文综述近年非麦角类DAs治疗帕金森病的研究进展及新型DAs的临床前和临床试验结果,并展望多种神经-精神疾病临床治疗的发展前景。Dopamine agonists（ DAs） are mainly applied in the treatment of Parkinson disease（ PD）,particularly in alleviating motor and non- motor symptoms. With the progress of research on the properties and structure of new DAs, the applications of the DAs in PD and other neuro- psychological diseases are getting more attention. This paper reviewed the new development of non- ergot DAs in the treatment of PD and the preclinical and clinical trial outcomes of several novel DAs, and prospected for the development of clinical treatments of multiple neurological and psychiatric disorders.
