天麻抗抑郁研究与应用概况

摘　　要：检索近年国内外有关天麻抗抑郁文献,从天麻提取物、天麻活性成分及其复方制剂的抗抑郁研究与应用方面进行阐述,指出天麻及其活性成分具有明确的抗抑郁作用,其机理涉及调节单胺递质、神经保护、镇静、镇痛等;天麻抗抑郁作用的深入研究对揭示抑郁症发病机制、研发抗抑郁新药、提高抑郁症诊治水平具有参考价值。By searching the literature about antidepressant effects of TianMa（Gastrodia elata Bl.） at home and abroad in recent years, antidepressant effects of TianMa and its active ingredients were pointed out from the extract of TianMa, active ingredients of TianMa, antidepressant study and use of TianMa preparations, its mechanism might be related to regulating monoamine neurotransmitters, nerve protection, sedation and analgesia; further study on antidepressant effects of TianMa showed reference value to reveal the pathogenesis of depression, studying new antidepressants and improving the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
