摘　　要：目的探讨TGF-βRI和Fascin1的相互作用。方法用免疫荧光证实TGF-βRI和Fascin1的共定位。用GST pull-down和Co-IP的方法验证TGF-βRI和Fascin1的相互作用及其相互作用的位点。结果 TGF-βRI和Fascin1能共定位。Fascin1与TGF-βRI相互作用,相互作用位点是Fascin1的氨基端和TGF-βRI的膜内区。结论 TGF-βRI与Fascin1存在相互作用,相互作用位点是Fascin1的氨基端和TGF-βRI膜内区。Objective To explore the interaction between TGF-βRI and Fascinl. Methods The Co-localizaion of TGF-βRI and Fascinl was verified by immunofluorescence. Meanwhile, GST pull-down and Co-IP assay were used to identify the interaction and the binding site for TGF-βRI and Fascinl. Results The immunofluorescence experi- ment showed that the two proteins were localized at the same place. TGF-βRI was accociated with Fascinl. And the N-terminal of Fasicnl and ICD domain of TGF-βRI were invovled in the interacton. Conclusions TGF-βRI in- teracts with Fascinl, and the N-terminal of Fasicnl and ICD domain of TGF-βRI were invovled in the interacton.
