摘  要:以经过生化处理和芬顿试剂处理后的焦化废水为研究对象,以粉末活性炭对其进行吸附处理,考察活性炭投加量、吸附时间、p H值及温度对吸附效果的影响。测定了饱和粉末活性炭的最佳再生条件,研究了再生次数对粉末活性炭再生效果及再生损失的影响。对饱和粉末活性炭进行热分析实验,初步分析其再生机理,并估算其应用成本。结果表明,在最佳处理条件下,废水COD的去除率达到53.73%;最佳再生条件为250℃加热30 min,与热分析实验结果相符;经16次再生后仍能获得较好的吸附效果,再生效率大于80.23%;处理成本约为1.95元/m3。in this study we tested the powdered activated carbon in purifying the coking wastewater which was treated by biochemical reagent and Fenton previously. The influence of dosage,absorbing time,p H and temperature on absorbing efficiency were investigated,and the result showed that,under the optimal treatment condition,53. 73% of COD could be removed from the coking wastewater.Also the optimal regeneration conditions of saturated powdered activated carbon,number of regeneration and its influence on the absorption capacity were explored,and it concluded that when heating the used activated carbon under 250℃ for 30 min,most carbon could be regenerated,which fitted well with the thermal analysis result; after 16 times of regeneration,good absorption capacity still could be observed,and the regeneration efficiency was more than 80. 23%. The economic analysis revealed that it will cost 1. 95 Yuan for treating 1 m3 coking wastewater.
