摘　　要："团队式"对口支援模式自2010年开始启动,五年来该模式既展示出了组织结构整体设计与制度安排协同推进的优越性,也显示了较大的完善空间。文章以调查问卷收集定量和定性数据的方式为主,同时收集整理相关案例材料作为补充,对"团队式"对口支援模式的效能进行系统的分析评价。在上述研究基础上,从工作结构、重心、发展方向等方面提出路径选择的相关政策建议。Since the cooperative model of partner assistance began in 2010, it shows great effectiveness in aspects of structural design and institutional arrangement. Using the data collected with questionnaires and secondhand case materials, this paper systematically studies the effect of the cooperative model of partner assistance and gives some policy suggestions on path selection in the end.
