摘　　要：解决与社会陌生化、信任的市场化及风险社会的不确定性相辅相成、互为结果,并根植于治理转型中的信任问题,需要通过政务诚信体系建设使信任资源得以再生——增进政务诚信品质以营造信任资源,健全社会治理体系构造信任资源,再造公共生活衍生信任资源。其最终目标在于,在政府自身的改革中弘扬诚信价值,在合作型信任关系的构建中再生信任资源,探索出具有中国特色、通往良好社会道德秩序的道路。To solve the trust problem which interacts with social defamiliarization and the uncertainty of the risk society,it needs to find out a path based on the government credit construction from the perspective of trust resources according to China’s actual conditions.The construction of the government credit system can renew the trust resources by improving government credit quality and social management system to build trust resources.It should carry forward integrity in government reform and renew trust resources in the construction of collaborative trust relationship to explore a path to better order of socialism moral with Chinese characteristics.
