摘 要:骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)是转化生长因子超家族中的重要成员,其信号通路控制着诸如中胚层形成、神经系统分化、牙齿和骨骼发育以及癌症发生等许多重要的生物学过程。研究旨在分析BMP家族中的BMP3、BMP10、BMP15在雏鸡和成年鸡主要器官中表达水平。采用RT-PCR方法分析BMP3、BMP10、BMP15在雏鸡、成年鸡主要器官中的表达情况,并分析这3个基因在雏鸡和成年鸡心脏中的表达差异性。结果表明:BMP3、BMP10在雏鸡和成年鸡两阶段主要器官中均可表达,BMP15在成年鸡母鸡各器官均有表达,公鸡仅肝中有表达;BMP3在雏鸡心脏中表达水平显著高于成年鸡(P<0.05),BMP10表达水平两者差异不显著(P>0.05),BMP15在成年鸡表达水平显著高于雏鸡(P<0.05)。研究结果为BMP信号通路研究提供参考。Bone morphogenic protein(BMP)is an important member of the transforming growth factor′s superfamily.Its signaling pathway controls many essential processes,such as mesoderm formation,nervous system differentiation,tooth and bone development,and tumor occurrence. This research aimd to analyze expression levels of BMP3,BMP10 and BMP15 of BMP family in major organs of chicks and chickens. Six chicks and six chickens were tested by RT-PCR in order to analyze expression of BMP3,BMP10 and BMP15 in major organs of chicks and chickens. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to determine the differential expression of three genes in the heart of chicks and chickens. The results showed that BMP3 and BMP10 were expressed in all of major organs of chicks and chickens.BMP15 was expressed in all organs of hens, but only in liver of roosters. The expression level of BMP3 in the heart of chicks was apparently higher than that in chickens(P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference in the expression level of BMP10 between chicks and chickens(P〉0.05). The expression level of BMP15 in chickens was much higher than that in chicks(P〈0.05). The results might provide reference for research of BMP signaling pathway.
