摘  要:教育信息化浪潮深刻地影响着全球的教育生态环境。大规模开放在线课程(MOOC)对高等教育的"知识生产—知识传播—知识内化"过程产生了一定影响,迫使高校重新思考高校在MOOC平台教育生态环境中的服务定位问题。国外典型MOOC平台的运营模式具有客户需求最大化、投资收益多元化和参与各方专业化的特点,并且由运营投资方、平台建设者、资源提供者、教学运行者、支持服务者和学习者等六大角色及其关系构成了MOOC平台教育生态环境。高校在MOOC平台教育生态环境中承担了多种角色,需要适时转变教育服务理念、寻找最佳的MOOC平台建设实现路径,以促进MOOC平台建设和运营的可持续发展。With the educational information tide coming rapidly, the educational ecological environment has been affected pro- foundly all over the world. The Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) does not only affect the process of knowledge production, knowledge spreading and knowledge internalization, but also pushes the colleges and universities to rethink the service goals in the edu- catianal ecological environment of MOOC platform. In the view of typical MOOC platform, the foreign business models have three fea- tures, such as customer demand maximization, diversification of investment and income, and participation in professional. The educa- tional ecological environment consists of six roles: investors, platform builders, resource providers, teachers, support services and learners, and their relationships form the environment. The colleges and universities need to change the ideas of education service and find the best path to construct MOOC platform. Thus it can promote the construction and operation of the MOOC platform to the sustain-able development.
