摘　　要：新生代农民工的生活行为和思维方式都已经逐渐被城市化,如何提高他们的技能技术水平及帮助他们更好地融入社会等一系列问题引起了我国政府和有关部门以及学术界的广泛关注。成人教育作为提高新生代农民工技能水平和文化素养的主要途径,应充分发挥其作用。全方面分析和研究新生代农民工的学习需求,制定出与之相符的成人教育措施,既可以保证成人教育内容的丰富性,也可以达到教育教学的预期目标,保证新生代农民工可以取得更好的发展。Both the lifestyle and thinking ways of the new generation of migrant workers have been gradually urbanized. A series of issues such as how to improve their skills level and help them to better integrate into society has caused the attention of Chinese gov- ernment and the academic communities. As the main way to improve the skill level and cultural quality of the new generation migrant workers, adult education should effectively play its role. By analyzing the study needs of the new generation of migrant workers, we could develop the countermeasures consistent with the adult education, which can not only ensure the content of adult education, but also to achieve the expected goal of education and teaching and to ensure better development of the new generation of migrant workers.
