摘　　要：目的探讨维吾尔族和汉族晚期非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-调节性T细胞(Treg)的表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术测定58例Ⅲb、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者和20例健康人外周血中CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-Treg的水平并进行比较,并进一步比较分析维吾尔族和汉族肺癌患者间外周血中CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-Treg的水平。结果肺癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-Treg占CD4^+T细胞的百分率显著高于健康人(P<0.05)。维吾尔族与汉族肺癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-Treg占CD4^+T细胞的百分率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺癌患者中异常增高的Treg细胞抑制了机体正常的抗肿瘤免疫效应,并与肺癌的进展有关,但在不同民族的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中尚未观察到Treg细胞水平存在差异。Objective It is to investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ CD127- regulatory T cells （Treg） in peripheral blood in the Uygur and Han patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The levels of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ CD127 - Treg in peripheral blood of 58 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and 20 healthy sub- jects were detected by flow cytometry and compared between the two groups. Then the levels of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ CD127 - Treg in the Uygur and Han patients were compared and analyzed. Results The percentage of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ CD127- Treg in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy people （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ CD127 - Treg in peripheral blood between the Uygur and Han patients with non- small lung cancer （P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion The abnormally increased Treg cells in lung cancer patients can inhibit the im- mune response of body to tumor, and it is related to the progress of lung cancer. There was no significant difference in the lev- el of Treg ceils in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in different nationalities.
