摘 要:为了探索烤烟中性香气成分与烟叶品质的关系,以湖北四大烟区的15份烤烟为样本,对检测出的43种中性香气指标进行主成分分析,按累计贡献率94.721%提取8个主成分,根据8个主成分得分进行系统聚类.结果显示:以1-皮尔逊相关系数的距离作为分类标准,把所有样品分为两类,第一类为竹溪、宣恩、秭归、南漳、竹山、房县、兴山、保康和郧西,集中于神农架区域;第二类为咸丰、鹤峰、巴东、利川、建始和恩施,集中于清江源区域.香气成分与产地地理位置有明显的相关关系.In order to understand the relationship between neutral aroma substance and flavor quality of flue-cured tobacco,15 of flue-cured tobacco samples were collected from 4 tobacco growth regions in Hubei Province,and principal component analysis were carried out on 43 kinds of aroma index. Eight main components were extracted according to the cumulative contribution rate of 94. 721%. Hierarchical clustering analysis was done to the eight principal component scores. The results showed all the samples were divided into two categories based on the distance of 1- Pearson correlation coefficient as classification criteria. The first category was Zhuxi, Xuanen, Zigui, Nanzhang, Zhushan, Fangxian, Xingshan, Baokang and Yunxi,concentrated in Shennongjia region; The second category was Xianfeng,Hefeng,Badong,Lichuan,Jianshi and Enshi,concentrated in Qingjiangyuan region. The result indicated that the neutral aroma components of flue-cured tobacco be significantly correlated with the geographic origin of tabacco.
