摘　　要：真菌性角膜炎是一种致盲率极高的感染性角膜病,近年来发病率逐年上升。目前主要治疗手段有抗真菌药物治疗、手术治疗、抗真菌药物联合手术治疗。本文就该病的病原学检测及治疗现状进行了综述。Fungal keratitis is a kind of extremely high infective corneal disease with blindness rate, in recent years the incidence increased year by year. At present the main treatments include antifungal drugs, surgical treatment, antifungal drugs combinining surgical treatment. In this paper, the etiology of the disease detection and treatment status are reviewed.
