摘　　要：目的:研究脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与脑缺血严重程度的关系。方法:制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型,于30min MCAO及100min MCAO后再灌注4h、8h、24h后取大鼠脑组织进行BDNF免疫组织化学染色,观察缺血脑皮层内BDNF阳性细胞所占比例,并与假手术对照组比较。结果:30min MCAO组再灌注4h、8h、24h与假手术对照组比较缺血脑皮层BDNF阳性细胞所占比例无明显差异(P>0.05);100min MCAO再灌注4h、8h、24h组与假手术对照组比较缺血脑皮层BDNF阳性细胞所占比例增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑组织缺血可导致缺血神经元BDNF表达明显增加。Objective：To discuss the relationship between BDNF and the severity of cerebral ischemia.Methods：The models of rats middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO）were made and the rats＇ brains were gotten at 4h、8hand 24 hreperfusion after 30 minutes MCAO and 100 minutes MCAO respectively.The proportion of BDNF positive cells in ischemic rats cortices were analysised by immunohistochemical staining and compared with those of sham groups.Results：There were no significant differences（P〉0.05）in the proportions of BDNF positive cells at4 h,8hand 24 hreperfusion after 30 minutes MCAO compared with those of the sham group.However,the proportions of BDNF positive cells at 4h,8hand 24 hreperfusion after 100 minutes MCAO were higher compared with those in the corresponding sham group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of BDNF significantly increased in ischemia neurons.
