摘 要:用氟离子选择电极法检测市售各类茶叶(绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、普洱茶)中氟的含量。结果表明:四大类茶叶中普洱茶的氟含量相对较高,在180~240 mg·kg^-1之间;红茶的氟含量相对较低且相差不大,在80~105 mg·kg^-1之间;绿茶中的崂山绿茶氟含量相对较高,达274.16rag·kg^-1,其他3种绿茶的氟含量均较低,其中鼎湖山珠茶为54.64 mg·kg^-1;乌龙茶中4种茶叶的氟含量相差较大,其中潮安单枞茶王氟含量相对较低为48.58 mg·kg^-1,而安溪铁观音氟含量高达818.46 mg·kg^-1,超过行业标准的3倍多。方法的变异系数在1.19%-7.37%之间,说明重复性好,可以满足大批量样品的测定要求。The fluoride content in some kinds of tea was determined by fluorine selective electrode method. Theresults showed the fluorine content in Pu/' er tea was relatively higher, the average value was among 180-240mg·kg^-1. While the fluorine content in Black tea was lower, the average value was between 80 -105mg·kg^-1. Thefluoride content in Laoshan green tea was relatively higher, up to 274.16 mg ·kg^-1, the other three Green tea waslower, such as Dinghushan pearled tea was 54.64 mg·kg^-1. The fluorine content in Oolong tea had largerdifference, the lowest was Chaoan unique bush, about 48.58 mg·kg^-1; while Anxi tieguanyin was 818.46 mg·kg^-1,it surpassed three times of the trade standard. The coefficient of variation of the method was among 1.19%-7.37%, so this method was repeatable and suitable for analysis of large-scale samples.
