摘  要:硗碛水电站是高水头电站,3台发电机组安装有X5Cr Ni134材质长短叶片转轮,运行1 a后,转轮的38个叶片产生不同程度的裂纹,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。理论分析和现场试验表明,叶片裂纹是由叶片动应力引起的,裂纹产生的主要原因是短叶片出口叶形设计不合理、叶片脱流严重、叶片共振和尾水水压脉动等。通过叶片修形消除了裂纹发生的根源。Qiaoqi Hydropower Station is a high?water?head station. It has three hydraulic?electric units. After one year operation, some cracks occurred in the X5CrNi134 runner blades. Through the theoretic analysis and test, it made sure that the cracks had been caused by the bigger dynamic stress. The main reason was unreasonable design of the short outlet blades, the serious discharge of the blades, the resonance of the blades, the pressure fluctuation of the tail water. Through blade modification, the cracks problem had been solved. It provides the reference value for manufacture, operation, fault?diagnosis and technical supervision.
