终南山地带民间体育艺术文化与实践

摘　　要：采用文献调研、田野调查、访谈等方法对终南山地带的民间社火、鼓、鼓舞等体育传统项目进行了梳理,从体育艺术文化的视角分析了 “终南山文化”的特定内涵.揭示了终南民间体育艺术具有鲜明的地域特色,是中华民族体育发展的重要组成部分.它集儒、释、道之大成,体现了中国北方游牧文明及陕南山地农耕文明的融合.通过大力挖掘其文化特色优势,阐释了这一传统的体育项目不仅是民众锻炼身体的手段,也是对我国优秀传统文化的弘扬,更有助于促进我国全民健身政策的制定与实施.Employing the methods of document research,field surveys and interviews, this paper representsthe contents of community, s fire, drums, drum dancing and other traditional sports, and analyzes connotation of u Zhongnanshan culture” from the perspective of sports art and culture. This paper revealsthat Zhongnanshan folk sports art has distinct regional characteristics and takes an important part in Chinese nationalsports,which is an agglomeration of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoistm,and reflects the integration ofnorthern nomadic civilization and southern mountainous farming civilization. By vigorously excavating and inheritingtheir cultural identity, this paper illustrates that these traditional sports are not only the to exercise the body,but also for China to carry forward the traditional culture and implementation of the national fitness policy.
