化工企业管理人员安全意识与安全行为关系的实证研究

摘　　要：安全意识和安全行为一直都是社会各界的讨论热点,笔者以化工领域为背景,将安全意识划分为化工安全知识、安全理智感、预判伤害能力三个维度,将安全行为划分为安全管理承诺、安全沟通与反馈、安全培训三个维度,进而构建了两者关系的理论模型,并提出了研究假设。通过问卷调查和SPSS数据分析,得出结论:化工企业管理人员的安全意识与安全行为正相关。Safety awareness and safety behavior has been a hot topic of discussion in the society all the time. In this paper,chemical industry as the study case,safety awareness is divided into three dimensions,chemical safety knowledge,safety reason and prejudge harm ability,the safety behavior is divided into safety management commitment,safety communication and feedback and safety training,then a theoretical model is constructed and finally the research assumptions are put forward. Through questionnaire survey and SPSS analysis,it is found that it shows the positive correlation between safety awareness and safety behavior in chemical enterprises.
