摘　　要：本研究阐述了刘玉檀教授对华佗夹脊穴的名称、定位及与华佗取背俞法关系的认识,归纳了刘玉檀教授对华佗夹脊穴的局部选穴、按神经分布、根据脏腑经络理论、根据压痛点和阳性反应4种选穴方法以及华佗夹脊穴和募穴、俞穴、原穴、下合穴4种配伍方法,为临床、科研提供借鉴。This paper expounds the name and location of Huatuo Jiaji point according to professor LIU Yu-tan,and the relationship between Huatuo Jiaji point and Huatuo Beiyu point,and it dso summarizes four methods of selecting acupoints,such as locality,innervation,according to the theory of meridians and viscera,response point,reflecting point,and the four methods of acupint compatibility of acupoints,such as Huatuo Jiaji point compatibiliting Beiyu point,Front- mu point,source point and lower confluent acupoint. This paper can provides reference for the clinical and scientific research.
