摘　　要：目的了解徐州市高校大学生医疗保险的认知状况及影响因素,为提高大学生的医保认知,完善与大学生相关医疗保险制度提供理论依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取徐州市5所大学,共计1 645名大学生进行问卷调查。结果调查对象认知现状:60.4%的人不关注医保信息;大学生医保常识问题正答率仅占13.9%;影响因素分析显示学生干部与否、户籍所在地、是否喜欢运动、父母亲职业类型是影响大学生医疗保险认知状况的因素。结论徐州市高校大学生医疗保险认知状况较差,参保意识淡薄,学校和政府应采取多种手段加强大学生的医疗保险知识教育。Objective To understand the status of medical insurance knowledge among university students in Xuzhou City and its influential factors, so as to provide the evidence for its modification. Methods Totally 1 645 college students of five universities in Xuzhou City were selected with the stratified random cluster sampling method, and surveyedwith questionnaires. Results Totally 60.4% of students did not concern medical insurance. The correct answerrate of questions about the common medical insurance was only 13.9%.The single factor analysis showed that whether being a student cadre, the registered permanent residence, whether liking sports and parents＇ occupation were influencing factors.Conclusion The cognition status of medical insurance of college students in Xuzhou City is poor. Therefore, the authorities of government and universities should enhance the medical insurance education.
