脑白质疏松影响因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨影响脑白质疏松的因素，从而实施护理干预。方法从2013年5月至2014年7月来深圳市福田区人民医院接受脑卒中筛查的患者，经头颅MRI检查出200例脑白质疏松患者，均同意接受研究，分析脑白质疏松的影响因素。将脑白质疏松患者随机分成观察组（100例）和对照组（100例），分别实施护理个性化护理和常规护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果脑白质疏松患者的影响因素为缺血性血管病、性别、高血压、年龄等，而帕金森病、高胆固醇血症、饮酒史和吸烟史对脑白质疏松的影响未见统计学意义。对照组接受常规护理后未能达到预期的护理效果，有效率是78．0％。观察组接受个体化护理后基本达到预期的护理效果，有效率是96．0％。两组的脑白质疏松患者的护理干预效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论分析脑白质疏松的相关影响因素，实施个体化护理，对脑白质疏松的防治提供一定的依据或参考。Objective To investigate the factors influencing leukoaraiosis, thus implemen-ting nursing intervention.Methods From May 2013 to July 2014, stroke patients were screened in Futian District People’ s Hospital, 200 cases of leukoaraiosis were diagnosed by brain MRI, have a-greed to accept the study, the factors influencing leukoaraiosis were analyzed.The patients with leu-koaraiosis were randomly divided into： observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group.Individualized nursing care and routine care was given.Compare the care effect between the two groups.Results Factors influencing leukoaraiosis including ischemic disease, gender, hyper-tension, age, etc.There was no significant correlation of Parkinson ’ s disease, hypercholesterol-emia, history of drinking or smoking history with leukoaraiosis.After receiving usual care, control group failed to achieve the desired effect of care, the efficiency was 78 .0%.The observation group basically reached expected results after receiving individualized nursing care, the efficiency was 98 .0%.There was significant difference in nursing intervention effect between the two groups（ P〈0.05） .Conclusions The analysis of relevant factors leukoaraiosis, implement individualized care, prevention and treatment of leukoaraiosis provide a basis or reference.
