创业自我效能感与大学生创业意向关系研究——基于本科生调查数据的分析

摘　　要：创业意向分析对于大学生创业行为研究非常重要,而创业自我效能感是创业意向重要的前导变量。在缺乏相关实证文献的情况下,研究大学生的创业自我效能感和创业意向非常有意义。对南京某高校275位在校生的问卷调查表明,创业自我效能感与大学生创业意向显著正相关,个体特征和家庭背景也具有重要影响,相关经历中参加创业实践活动能有效促进大学生自我效能感的提高和创业意向的形成。完善大学生创业教育体系首先应建立基于创业自我效能感的课程体系;其次要向大学生提供更多的创业指导和实践机会;第三要适度提前安排创业教育的时间。Entrepreneurial intention analysis is an important component of entrepreneurial behavior research;entrepreneurial self-efficacy（ESE）is a vital antecedent of entrepreneurial intention.Based on the questionnaire data collected from 275 undergraduates of a certain college in Nanjing,it is found that ESE and entrepreneurial intention are positively correlated.Participation in entrepreneurial practice can promote ESE and the formation of entrepreneurial intention.A complete curricula of entrepreneurial education should be based on the cultivation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.More entrepreneurial guidance and practice opportunities should be offered.The schedule of entrepreneurial courses should be moderately moved forward.
