摘　　要：中共十八大报告首倡民主、法治等12个词的社会主义核心价值观。逻辑学在形成社会共识、完成社会理性化构建、促进法治国家建设等方面都起着最基础的作用,因而成为民主、科学、法治的前提和基础。逻辑人当下的主要任务,就是普及逻辑常识,开启民智,教会人们讲理,从而形成人人讲科学、个个讲逻辑、全民讲道理的良好局面。The 12-Chinese-word core socialist values including democracy and rule of law were advocated in the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Since logic plays a fundamental role in forming social consensus, completing the establishment of social rationalization and accelerating the construction of a country ruled by law, it has become the prerequisite and basis for democracy, science, and rule of law. Currently, the logic experts and teachers shoulder the responsibilities of popularizing common sense of logic, enlightening people and making them rational. Their efforts may contribute to forming a favorable environment in which people have a strong belief in science, logic and reason.
