摘　　要：小儿外感发热在儿科疾病中属于常见病,尤以婴幼儿期较为多见,中医认为小儿外感发热属于"感冒"范畴,治疗方法多样,并标本兼治,可随症加减,不良反应少。诸多文献报道,临床中采用中医中药内治、外治法兼施,发挥中医药治疗的优势,取得了显著效果。本文对于近年来中医中药治疗小儿外感热病的方法进行概述。主要从中医药内治,中医药外治,中医药内外治疗兼施方面进行总结,其中中医药内治法主要是口服汤剂进行治疗,对于中医药外治法中,分为中药灌肠、药浴、中药外敷、针刺及推拿方面进行总结,并将中医药内外兼施的方法进行概述。总结出近年来中医药在治疗小儿外感发热方面的研究进展。Exopathic fever in children in the pediatric disease is a common disease,especially in infants and young children are more common,Chinese medicine,pediatric exogenous fever belongs to the ＂cold＂ category,treatment Method,and the symptoms,can be addition and subtraction with the disease,less adverse reaction. The traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and cure,many reports in the literature of clinical,play the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment has significant effect. This paper summarizes the Method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever in recent years.Mainly from the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine internal and external treatment facilities are summarized,including traditional Chinese medicine mainly oral Decoction for treatment,traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,divided into traditional Chinese medicine enema, bath, external application of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage was summarized,and the Method of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment. Overview. Summarize the traditional Chinese medicine in recent years in the research progress of the treatment of infantile fever due to exopathy.
