评价睑缘灰线切开伴睑板条植入治疗上睑内翻

摘　　要：目的探讨睑缘灰线切开伴自体睑板条植入术治疗上睑内翻的治疗效果。方法 2 0 1 0-2 0 1 4年在天津市武清区人民医院诊断为上睑内翻倒睫的患者共1 6例2 3只眼,局麻下行睑缘灰线切开联合自体睑板条植入术进行矫正。结果随访1~3年,所有患者术后倒睫矫正效果满意,无排异,无复发,无新增不适,且外观满意。结论对各种原因引起的上睑内翻倒睫,睑缘灰线切开联合自体睑板条植入术是较理想的手术选择。Objective To investigate the clinical effection of eyelid gray line slit combine autologous tarsus implantation to eyelid entropion and trichiasis. Method 2010 to 2014 year in Tianjin Wuqing People＇s Hospital for diagnosis of upper eyelid entropion patients with a total of 16 eyes in 23 cases,local anesthesia was gray line incision combined with tarsal strip implantation for correction. Result All patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years,and they were all satisfied with this surgery and appearance postoperation,no rejection and recurrence. Conclusion Eyelid gray line slit combine autologous tarsus implantation to eyelid entropion and trichiasis is a good sugury selection no matter resulted by any causes.
