摘 要:目的:开发一种含有纳米银颗粒(Silver naonpar,NAG)的具有抗菌功能的正畸粘接剂。方法:将NAg以0.1%的比例添加到商品化的正畸粘接剂(R MGIC)中,未添加NAg的R MGIC作为对照组。测试托槽剪切粘接强度,使用人唾液培养所得的牙菌斑全菌生物膜模型来研究粘接剂的抗菌性能。结果:在RMGIC中添加0.1%的NAg不影响托槽的粘接强度,经过30d恒温水浴浸泡后,各组托槽粘接强度没有明显变化。实验组的全菌,总链球菌和变形链球菌的CFU计数与对照组相比均降低了约6-7倍,实验组表面的死细菌数量明显增加。结论:含有0.1%NAg的RMGIC在不影响托槽粘接强度的前提下,显著提高了粘接剂的抗菌性能,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective: To develop a novel antibacterial orthodontic adhesive by incorporating silver nanoarticles (NAg). Methods: NAg was incorporated into a commercial RMGIC at 0.1% by mass. Enamel shear bond strength (SBS) was measured. A dental plaque microcosm biofilm model with human saliva as inoculum was used to investigate biofilm viability. Results: Incorporating 0.1% NAg in RMGIC was not affected SBS. There was no loss significant changes of strength for RMGIC with 0. 1%NAg after water-aging for 30 d. All 3 CFU counts of the experimental group were decreased by 6-7 times compared with the control group, but the number of dead bacteria on the surface of the experimental group was significantly increased. Conclusions: The NAg-containing RMGIC without affecting bonding strength, significantly improved the antibacterial properties of the adhesive. This adhesive will have some clinical application value.
