摘　　要：根管钙化是牙髓组织对龋齿、牙磨耗、牙周病等的一种反映,表现为根管变得细小,甚至完全钙化闭锁。对于这种情况,临床上如果处理不当容易发生根管偏移,根管内台阶形成甚至根管侧穿。近年来随着根管显微技术以及超声技术在口腔科的应用,对于钙化根管的治疗也形成了较为清晰的思路,本文就临床上较为常用的钙化根管治疗方法作一阐述。Root canal calcification is a reaction of the pulp tissue on dental caries, tooth wear and periodontal diease, most of which was root canal stenosis, even complete calcified atresia. Improper treatment tended to cause may lead to calcified root canal to offset, step-forming, even side wear. In recent years, with the applications of dental microscopy techniques and ultrasound technology in dentistry, the success rate of calcified root canal treatment was significantly raised. In this paper, some clinical common methods of calclified root canal treatment were reviewed.
