宁养疗护中的嵌入性灵性照顾——基于癌症末期患者家属团体活动的案例分析

摘　　要：身体照顾是基础,心理灵性照顾是核心,宁养院提出"嵌入性灵性照顾"概念,即将灵性照顾嵌入到家属为患者提供照护的互动之中,使照护成为患者与家属灵性联结与互动的重要内容。从"身、心、灵、社"全人照顾视角出发,以"家属课堂"为载体,在每节家属团体活动中嵌入灵性照顾元素,为家属提供居家照护与灵性照顾上的指导,一方面促进患者与家属的灵性联结与互动,另一方面给予患者精神上的引领。研究发现患者与家属之间互动交流越频繁,情感碰撞越激烈,联系越紧凑,互惠交换越广泛,情感联结则为强联结,反之则为弱联结。强情感联结有利于促进患者善终,家属善别。Adhere to the concept of ＂body care is the foundation and psychological spiritual care is a core＂, putting forward ＂embedded of spiritual care＂ concept, is about embedded spiritual care to the interactive relationship of comfort care between families and patients, making comfort care become spiritual links and interaction with family members. From the ＂body, mind, and spirit, community＂ holistic care perspective, to ＂Family Class＂ for the carrier, and spirituality is embedded in each section of group events for families to provide comfort care guidance. On one hand, to promote a better interaction between families and patients by spiritual link, on the other hand, provide a spiritual guide for patients. The results show that a strong emotion connecting between families and patients the means more frequent of interaction, the more intense impact of emotional, the more compact of contact, and more extensive of mutual exchange, the contrary was the weak link. Strong emotion connecting make it easy to get a good ending and good separating.
