大数据视阈下我国数据人才培养的思考

摘　　要：对大数据时代国内外数据人才需求现状进行分析,并将数据人才分为数据技术人才、数据管理人才、数据安全人才、数据分析人才、数据政策人才、数据开放人才和数据科学家这七种类型。在对这七种数据人才进行深入剖析的基础上,提出我国数据人才培养的三种路径,最后指出图书情报学科对数据人才培养的定位与前瞻。The analysis is about the current status of the requirements of talents in data under the circumstance of big data at home and abroad, and this paper divides the talents in data into seven types： talents in data technology, talents in data management, talents in data security, talents in data analysis, talents in data policy, talents in data opening and talents in data scientist. On the basis of deep analysis, three ways are proposed for the cultivation of talents in data of our country, and then we point out the location and prospective of the discipline of library and information science for the cultivation of talents in data in China.
