不同病程精神分裂症患者血清GAD-Ab含量及阳性检出率的比较分析

摘　　要：目的检测不同病程的精神分裂症患者血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GAD-Ab含量及阳性率。方法选取174例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据病程分为A组(病程小于5年,n=104)和B组(病程为5年及以上,n=70)两组,以174例精神正常志愿者为对照组(C组)。对比三组患者血清GAD-Ab含量差异及其阳性检出率。结果 1A组患者的血清GAD-Ab值为(1.43±0.44),为三组最高,同B组的(1.25±0.30)和C组的(0.50±0.27)对比差异明显(P<0.01);而C组GAD-Ab含量为三组最低,同A、B两组对比亦具有统计学意义(P<0.01);2C组无一例满足血清GAD-Ab阳性检测标准,而A组阳性检出31例,为三组最高,检出率达到29.81%,同B组的15.71%与C组的0.00%对比差异明显(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者血清GAD-Ab含量及阳性检出率显著高于精神正常者,血清GAD-Ab水平测定在精神正常与精神分裂症之间具有一定的区分参考价值。Objective To explore the content and positive rate of serum GAD-Ab in the patients with different course of schizophrenia. Methods 174 cases of schizophrenia patients were taken as the research object,they were divided into group A（ disease course less than 5 years,n = 104） and group B（ disease course was 5 years or more,n = 70） according to the disease course,simultaneously,174 cases of psychological normal volunteers were enrolled in the control group（ group C）. The serum GAD-Ab contents and positive rate of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results 1The serum GAD-Ab content of group A was（ 1. 43 ＋ 0. 44） was considerably higher than that of group B（ 1. 25 ＋ 0. 30） and group C（ 0. 50 ＋ 0. 27）（ P〈0. 01）. The serum GAD-Ab contents of group C was the lowest,which has statistical differences with group A and group B. 2 There was no positive case of serum GAD-Ab in group C,31 positive cases were detected in group A（ positive rate was29. 81%）,and its positive rate was the highest in three groups,it has obvious difference with group B（ 15. 71%）and group C（ 0. 00%）（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The content and positive rate of serum GAD-Ab of schizophrenia patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls,thus the determination of GAD-Ab has certain reference value in distinguishing normal controls and schizophrenia.
