两种药物治疗伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者的对照研究

摘　　要：目的对比艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀两种药物对伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者的治疗效果。方法选择2014年1月至2015年6月在我院接受治疗的伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者134例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各67例,观察组采用艾司西酞普兰治疗,对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,两组均连续治疗6周,在症状明显改善后再服用3个月,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后焦虑及抑郁评分、治疗后不良反应等。结果观察组显效率、总有效率为55.22%(37/67)、94.03%(63/67),均显著高于对照组的34.33%(23/67)、80.60%(54/67);两组治疗前HAMD、HAMA评分无差异,在治疗后1周、2周、4周观察组均显著低于对照组,并且观察组总体上出现的不良反应显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰对伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者的治疗效果优于帕罗西汀,起效更快,不良反应更少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of escitalopram and paroxetine for treatment depression patients with anxiety symptoms. Methods 134 cases of depression patients with anxiety symptoms in our hospital during January 2014 to June 2015 were selected. Divided patients to observation group and control group by random number table method,and every group have 67 patients. Observation group patients were treated with escitalopram,the control group were treated with paroxetine. All patients were treated for 6 weeks to 3 months. We compared the therapeutic effect,HAMD and HAMA scores before and after treatment,adverse reactions after treatment,etc. Results The obvious efficiency rate and total effective rate were 55. 22%（ 37 /67） and 94. 03%（ 63 /67）,they were significantly higher than control group＇s（ 34. 33%（ 23 /67） and 80. 60%（ 54 /67））,respectively（ P〈0. 05）; The HAMD and HAMA score between two groups has no significant differences before treatment. The HAMD and HAMA score of observation group was significantly lower than control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with paroxetine,the therapeutic effect of escitalopram is better for depression associated with anxiety.
